A Greeneville man was discharged from Greeneville Community Hospital, and then he was arrested for public intoxication. Police say 38 year old Larry Arrington left the property after being discharged, then not long afterward, returned… claiming that some people were following him and trying to kill him. Officers say he was unsteady on his feet and he was talking incoherently. Arrington admitted using meth. That’s when he was arrested.
