A Greeneville man who hit and killed an elderly driver while fleeing Knox County deputies last August is now facing charges. 36 year old Larry Hipps has been indicted in Knox County on 5 counts in connection with that crash that claimed the life of 87 year old Barbara Williams. Hipps is being held at the Hardeman County Correctional Facility.
