Construction begins this week for a new 72-unit apartment complex at 62 Harlan Street in Greeneville. The contractor will start grading the site, with work expected to continue through the end of the year. Construction on the apartment building is slated to begin early next year, with a completion target of late 2025. The development will feature three three-story buildings, parking, a community building, a playground, and options for one to three-bedroom units. There will be no elevators, but the complex will include handicapped-accessible units. The developer, will post contact information for rental applications once they are available.
