The Greeneville Energy Authority Office will close at noon today to honor Chuck Bowlin, the President and CEO. Bowlin’s body will be escorted into Greeneville from Nashville, with the procession anticipated to arrive at exit 23 between 1 and 2PM. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday at First Baptist Church, followed by a reception.
