An officer involved shooting in Johnson City leaves one person dead. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says a male suspect who was wanted on felony warrants fired shots at officers during a foot pursuit. The suspect, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene. No officers were hurt. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is now handling the investigation into that fatal shooting.
