In Johnson City, police have released the identity of a body which was found over the weekend on railroad tracks. Johnson City Police say 24 year old Meghan Carter’s body was found Saturday night in the area of East State of Franklin Road near Division Street… near a homeless camp. So far, police say there are no indications of foul play and the incident is believed to be an isolated event. They say they believe there is no threat to the general public.
