An effort is now underway by military veterans at Comcast to replace old flags outside customers’ homes. It’s called the Flag Replacement Program, and this is how it works… Whenever a Comcast employee sees a worn-out flag while on their daily routes, they contact the person or business who owns the property and Comcast offers to replace it for free. The old flags are then respectfully retired per military protocol. The efforts will continue until further notice according to Comcast.
