The City of Tusculum Board of Mayor and Commissioners will address an appeal on Tuesday regarding the condemnation of the Suburban LaVilla Inn. The motel, closed since May 30 due to safety and nuisance concerns, was condemned in late June following numerous code violations. Owner Vivek Vatrana has contested the order. The hearing, starting at 7pm tomorrow at City Hall, will involve legal arguments from both sides before a final decision is made.
