The Earnest Bridge on Highway 351 in Greene County is fully open to two-way traffic. The Tennessee Department of Transportation reopened the bridge Wednesday after months of repairs from September’s flood damage. One lane had been in use with a signal light since November. TDOT also reopened the Broad Street bridge in Elizabethton.
