The Greeneville City Board of Education will discuss a new proposal Thursday regarding the Hal Henard property. Under the plan, the Town of Greeneville would purchase the Tech Center, while Greene County Schools would acquire the McNeese property. The total value of the transactions is over $1.5 million.
