A job well done… Terry Rader, the Administrative Captain of the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, has retired after a 32-year law enforcement career. More than 60 people attended Rader’s retirement reception earlier this week at the Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad building. The now 54 year old Rader graduated in 1993 from the police academy in Nashville. In 2003, Rader was promoted to sergeant in the patrol division. He became a patrol lieutenant in 2009. All his co-workers agreed that Rader will be missed for his hard work, his dedication and his professionalism. Rader says he plans to continue working on his farm and eventually get some other work. He says he has already had some offers.
