The Tennessee Department of Transportation is reaching out to property owners in East Tennessee for right-of-way access as part of flood-related road repairs. It’s all part of a rebuilding effort along Chuckey Pike and Jones Bridge Road. Officials say the letters sent out are legitimate, not a scam, and will allow TDOT to conduct necessary work.
