Complaints about the height of the McDonald’s sign on Tusculum Boulevard have reached corporate headquarters. Long-standing concerns from the Greeneville community claim the sign towers over the nearby Trinity United Methodist Church steeple, which some view as disrespectful. In response, the developer has agreed to lower the sign by 30 feet and install a new digital board. The changes are set to take place soon.
