Tennessee is launching the Agriculture and Forestry Leadership Program to nurture future leaders in these critical sectors. Developed in partnership with the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, this 18-month initiative will offer leadership training, networking opportunities, and state and national industry trips. The program aims to strengthen rural communities by enhancing participants’ skills in communication, strategic planning, and policy issues.
