The Tusculum Planning Commission has approved a rezoning recommendation for the 336-acre IDB property behind the old Greene Valley Developmental Center. The plan, which now moves to the City Commission, includes a mix of residential and commercial uses, with space for a park, trail, and 12 lots for various businesses. Construction is set to begin in 2025, with completion expected by late 2026.
