Tusculum Ruritan Club Nears Formation
Plans for a Tusculum Ruritan Club are moving forward after organizers collected 13 signatures Monday. Sixteen charter members are required to establish the club. The group’s next meeting is October 6 at 6:30 p.m. at Tusculum City Hall.
