Greeneville Man Faces Drug and License Charges
24 year old Trenton Kyle Effler of Greeneville faces drug and traffic charges after a Washington County traffic stop. Deputies say a police dog alerted on his vehicle along Highway 107, where they found eight grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms, a scale and two glass pipes. Effler was jailed on a $10,000 bond.

The Eternal Water plant at Greene Valley Business Park is now expected to open in November or December. Tusculum Mayor Alan Corley says the company plans to complete an addition before beginning operations. The facility is expected to employ about 60 people and bottle up to 36,000 containers of water per hour.
