33 year old Justin Crum is jailed after U.S. Marshals say he threatened to kill a Morristown police detective and the detective’s wife. Investigators say the threats followed the arrest of Crum’s girlfriend on drug charges. Crum was captured Thursday and charged with threatening a public official and violating probation.
