Food Bank Director Retires After 38 Years Of Service

38 year executive director Carmen Ricker has retired from the Greeneville-Greene County Community Ministries Food Bank after helping lead the organization since 1988. Ricker oversaw the expansion of services, staff and facilities while helping thousands of families in need. A community reception honoring her decades of service is scheduled Friday at the Food Bank.
