The Greene County School Board has issued an ultimatum to the City of Greeneville over funding disputes tied to the Greene Technology Center. At issue—nearly $400,000 in fund balances and $66,000 in student fees. The board wants the matter settled by May 1 or says it will withdraw from the agreement.
