At the Greene County 9-1-1 meeting, officials voiced frustration over the lack of technical support from their software provider, ID Network. Volunteer Fire Departments and the Greeneville Fire Department say they have struggled with inaccurate data and outdated systems. County Attorney Roger Woolsey will now formally contact the company to address the ongoing issues.
