Cross Anchor Utility District has informed customers that December utility bills may be delayed. Around 3,500 bills were sent out but are currently missing in transit. They say the bills were delivered to the post office, but postal officials are working to track them down. Customers can call the district office starting todayy for balance inquiries or pay in person at 800 West Andrew Johnson Highway.
