Three juveniles who are facing charges in connection with a shooting that took place last October and resulted in the death of a man on Old Asheville Highway, will have their cases heard in Greene County Criminal Court. According to published reports, all three of them waived transfer hearings in Greene County Juvenile Court, including two who appeared yesterday in Juvenile Court.
