A man from Johnson City is behind bars today, and several other people were taken to a hospital Sunday following a physical altercation in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Deputies say 26 year old Romello Johnson was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a family member, along with felony strangulation. Authorities say more charges may be pending. They also say the investigation is ongoing.
