We are now learning about an incident that occurred on Monday at Nuclear Fuel Services in Erwin, in which some employees were sent to the hospital with injuries. Apparently, a chemical reaction in a contained portion of the facility left five employees injured around 10:30 on Monday morning. All five of them were later released to return to work. No other details have been released.
