An East Tennessee mother has been sentenced to probation for endangerment of a disabled child. Autumn Samen of Erwin will spend one year on supervised probation for allowing her developmentally disabled four-year-old to wander the streets alone outside their home in downtown Erwin last summer. Samen is also a recent resident of Asheville, North Carolina where she is also in some trouble. In Ashville, she currently faces DUI and other charges relating to a probation violation.
